Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. These policies help ensure every client receives the personalized, unrushed experience they deserve while protecting the time reserved for each appointment.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to an appointment.

Cancellations, rescheduling, or service changes made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Late Arrivals

Clients are asked to arrive on time and ready for their scheduled appointment.

Up to 10 minutes late: The appointment may proceed, but the treatment may be shortened to finish at the originally scheduled time. The full service price still applies.
10–15 minutes late: The treatment may proceed at the discretion of Zylanna Skin & Wellness depending on the service and remaining treatment time. The treatment may be shortened and the full service price still applies.
More than 15 minutes late: If there is not enough time to safely and properly complete the treatment, the appointment will be cancelled and considered a late cancellation/no-show. 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged.

Late arrival does not guarantee that the full treatment can be provided.

No-Shows

Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and have not provided the required notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Multiple Services

When multiple services are booked, all of that appointment time is reserved specifically for the client.

Removing or cancelling an individual service also requires at least 48 hours' notice. Services removed with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the scheduled price.

Card on File

A valid card on file is required to reserve appointments.

The card should not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. It may be charged according to the cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies.

Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances

Unexpected situations can happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Zylanna Skin & Wellness.
